 Description: D337 is a low hydrogen sodium type of chromium tungsten electrode welding hot forging die. DC reverse. 

 Uses: welding steel or forging steel forging die, forging die can be used for the repair.

 Surfacing layer hardness: (welding followed by air cooling) HRC ≥ 48. 

 Heat Treatment Specification: 

 Regulate temperature heat treatment (o; C) after treatment hardness (HRC) 

 Annealing 860 ~ 890 ≈ 28 

 Quenching Oil 1050 ~ 1100 ≈ 55 

 Tempering 300 ≈ 49 

 400 ≈ 47 

 500 ≈ 45

 Note: 

 1, before welding electrodes shall be 300 ~ 350 ℃ baking 1 hour. 

 2, the workpiece before welding to be preheated to 300 ~ 400 ℃, slow cooling after welding.
